This micro-credential will teach learners how change impacts an organisation and its workers, with a specific focus on sustainability.
What you will learn
Upon completion, learners will be able to use techniques developed during the course to implement in their workplace, such as implementing champions of change, understanding the stress and anxieties that come with change and how to support and empower workers through transition, and how to effectively communicate the ‘why’ of change.
