Diverse and inclusive workplaces can create significant benefits for both employees and businesses. What you will learn

This micro-credential gives learners the opportunity to develop contextualised diversity and inclusion strategies for their own organisation through an interactive workshop format.

Upon completion of this micro-credential, learners will be able to:

  • identify various types of diversity
  • articulate the importance and business benefits of diversity in the workplace
  • design and implement practical strategies that promote workplace diversity and inclusion
  • design and implement practical strategies that sustain diverse and inclusive workplace environments
  • contextualise recruitment and staff retention strategies to a specific organisational context.
