Design

World class technology, buildings, and landscapes embedding design excellence in the DNA of the city

Sustainable ethos and designing with Country will help to achieve ambitious commitments to net zero, climate resilience, energy and water efficiency, sustainable materials selection, and the use of greenery on ground, walls, and roofs.

Embedding the latest technology into the heart of the city will create smarter ways for people, business, and the environment to thrive together.

  • 2 million square metres of gross floor area for development
  • Space for more than 80 buildings over 40 metres in height (15 storeys and above)

Featuring more than 30% public open space, dedicated major event and cultural spaces, and extensive retail and dining facilities, Bradfield City Centre will be a place to live, work, gather, play, and stay. Located on the doorstep of the new 24/7 Western Sydney International airport, it will also be a destination for tourism and entertainment for visitors near and far.
