Construction updates
As we work to deliver Bradfield City Centre, there will be construction activity in various parts of the site, occurring in different stages.

Our projects
Stage 2a Enabling Works
Work commenced in July 2024. Construction works associated with the delivery of the Stage 2A Enabling Works are anticipated to last for between 9 and 12 months.
Generally, the hours of construction, including delivery of materials to and from the site are:
- between 7am and 6pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive
- between 8am and 1pm Saturdays
- no noisy work Sundays and Public Holidays unless the project seeks approval to work these days.
Some non-intrusive construction activities will occur outside of the standard hours.
First Building
Works on the First Building are now complete. No out of hours activity is expected.
