Bradfield City Centre Master Plan approved

In a significant milestone, the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces Paul Scully has announced approval of the Bradfield City Centre Master Plan.

Built on world-class urban design and sustainability principles, the new city will provide 114-hectares of high quality urban environment on the doorstep of the Western Sydney International Airport.

The Master Plan lays the foundations for 10,000 homes, 20,000 jobs, investment opportunities and industry growth, and more than 36 hectares of green open space to be enjoyed by residents, workers and visitors.

Bradfield Development Authority CEO Ken Morrison noted that as the first Master Plan in the Aerotropolis to be approved, the plan provides critical investor certainty and highlights the growing momentum in the region.
