IP is an increasingly complex area of law, particularly in identifying the existence and parameters of existing intellectual property.
Fundamentals of IP for Industry is a micro-credential that provides an introduction to IP with a focus on practical industry applications.
Learners of this micro-credential will be able to identify different types of IP, identify the existing IP of a business, understand the IP registration process, and demonstrate awareness of the limitations of IP registration in a global and online context.
This course has been designed by the UTS experts from the Faculty of Law, with support from industry partner Access Law Group.
